**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMWare Architect to join our dynamic team. As aVMWare Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our VMWareinfrastructure. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performanceof our virtualization environment.**Requirements**1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and designVMware-based solutions, considering VMware, Azure VMware Solution, Google Cloud VMwareEngine, and migration strategies.2. VMware Infrastructure Management: Configure, manage, and optimize VMware infrastructurecomponents, including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, clusters, virtual networking, storage, andsecurity.3. Cloud Integration: Integrate VMware environments with cloud platforms, including Azure andGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging relevant services such as Azure VMware Solution andGoogle Cloud VMware Engine.4. Migration Planning and Execution: Develop migration strategies and lead the execution ofVMware workload migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, as well as between datacenters, ensuring minimal downtime and successful transition.5. Hybrid Cloud Architecture: Design and implement hybrid cloud architectures that utilize VMwaretechnologies alongside Azure and GCP, optimizing the benefits of both environments.6. Performance Optimization: Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of VMwareenvironments, Azure VMware Solution, Google Cloud VMware Engine, and migrated workloads,applying best practices for performance tuning, resource management, and capacity planning.7. Security and Compliance: Implement security controls, adhering to industry standards andregulations, to ensure the integrity and compliance of VMware architectures integrated withAzure, GCP, and other relevant cloud platforms.8. Documentation and Technical Guidance: Create comprehensive technical documentation,including solution designs, configurations, migration plans, and operational procedures. Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.9. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, includinginfrastructure, networking, security, and application teams, to gather requirements, addressconcerns, and ensure successful implementation and operation of VMware solutions integratedwith Azure, GCP, and other relevant cloud platforms**BenefitsRequired Skills:**1. Extensive experience and expertise in VMware technologies, including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi,vSAN, NSX, and vRealize Suite.2. Proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing VMware environments.3. Strong understanding of Azure, GCP, or other relevant cloud platforms and their integration withVMware, including Azure VMware Solution (AVS) and Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE).4. Expertise in migration strategies and hands-on experience executing VMware workloadmigrations from on-premises to cloud environments and between data centers.5. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:1. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Mastersdegree preferred.2. VMware certifications, such as VCP-DCV, VCAP, or VCDX.3. Cloud certifications for Azure, GCP, or other relevant cloud platforms.4. Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools, such as PowerShell, Terraform, orcloud-specific tools for Azure and GCP.
