Key Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines as per job orders and production schedules.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately.
Perform offset adjustments and tool changes as required.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from standards.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, CMM if applicable).
Maintain process accuracy and quality standards throughout production.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep machines in good working condition.
Record daily production output and maintain logs.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Qualification & Experience:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent.
2–5 years of hands-on experience as a VMC Operator in a manufacturing/engineering industry.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM programming will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
