1) Basic understanding of RBI KYC norms and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
2) Presentable with strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and other local language.
3) Comfortable working in front of a camera and interacting with customers via video calls
4) High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5) Willing to work Nights and Weekends on a rotating shift basis
