About the Role 

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor with strong storytelling abilities and hands-on expertise in both editing and filming. The ideal candidate will be experienced in crafting engaging content for YouTube & Instagram, with a passion for travel, adventure, and creating cinematic visual experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Edit high-quality, engaging videos tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms. 

• Work on storytelling-driven edits: cinematic full film, promos, reels, cinematic shorts, podcast, and branded content. 

• Handle multi-camera editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics (basic). 

• Film content during trips using: 

•  - High-end Cameras (DSLRs/Mirrorless/Cinema Cameras) 

•  - Action Cameras (GoPro, Insta360, etc.) 

•  - Drones (aerial filming, travel/adventure-focused) 

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize content ideas. 

• Ensure video outputs align with brand guidelines and platform trends. 

• Manage media files, project organization, and maintain workflow efficiency. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/reel required). 

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. 

• Hands-on experience with filming equipment – drones, action cameras, gimbals, high

end cameras. 

• Solid understanding of social media content trends, especially YouTube & Instagram. 

• Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and cinematic editing styles. 

• Ability to travel frequently and shoot on-location. 

• Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail. 

Good to Have 

• Experience in motion graphics/animation. 

• Knowledge of photography & photo editing. 

• Understanding of travel/adventure content aesthetics.
