Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visually compelling displays in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Regularly update window and in-store displays to reflect promotions, seasonality, or new product launches.
  • Analyze store layout, traffic flow, and product placement to optimize visual impact and sales.
  • Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to plan visual merchandising calendars.
  • Conduct regular store visits (if multi-location) to ensure visual standards are maintained consistently.
  • Train in-store staff on visual standards and provide guidance on maintaining displays.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Manage visual merchandising materials, props, and display tools inventory.
