Job Description

Collaborate with creative teams or clients to conceptualize compelling visual stories, from initial ideas to final execution. • Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production plans that align with project goals and visual style. • Handle all aspects of video production including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and directing on set. • Capture high-quality footage with attention to composition, lighting, and sound to ensure a professional cinematic look. • Edit raw footage into polished video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). • Create engaging sequences by trimming, cutting, and arranging clips to build strong narratives. • Enhance videos with visual effects, transitions, motion graphics, and dynamic text elements. • Perform color correction and color grading to maintain visual consistency and elevate storytelling impact. • Mix and master audio including dialogue, music, and sound effects for optimal clarity and emotional tone. • Export and deliver final videos in multiple formats tailored for web, social media, broadcast, or client specifications. • Manage file organization, backups, and archiving of all media assets. • Stay current with filmmaking trends, editing techniques, and evolving content standards across platforms. • Work collaboratively with marketing, branding, and production teams to ensure content aligns with creative vision and target audience expectations.
