We’re Hiring: Design Fetcher!

LaFetch is India’s freshest fashion destination- A curated marketplace for the coolest homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.

We’re building the future of how fashion is discovered, shopped, and experienced and we’re looking for someone who can make it look as good as it feels.

This isn’t just about making things pretty. You’ll be part of the 0→1 team . the ones who’ll define how India sees LaFetch online.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Owning the 

  visual identity

   of LaFetch. From our website and app interface to our marketing campaigns, packaging, and brand collaterals.
• Designing for impact: landing pages, campaigns, ads, brand decks, social media. You’ll touch it all.
• Working on 

  frontend design and development:

  turning mockups into seamless, scroll-stopping experiences (if you live for pixel perfection, you’ll fit right in).
• Using your 

  branding instincts

   to create visuals that feel like LaFetch: sleek, premium, fast.
• Working with marketing to design campaign creatives that don’t just look good but convert.
• Keeping our design language consistent, sharp, and evolving like a living, breathing brand aesthetic.
• Basically… if it’s visual, it’s you.

Who We’re Looking For

• A visual storyteller who’s part designer, part creative strategist.
• Strong in 

  Adobe Suite, Figma, frontend tools

   (bonus if you’ve got motion graphics skills).
• Someone who gets fashion. The aesthetics, the energy, the storytelling.
• Understands how marketing works and can design for performance as much as for aesthetics.
• A fast learner who can juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly.
• Basically, someone who can make LaFetch look like LaFetch.

The Basics

• This is not a 9-5. This is 100% or nothing. If you’re looking to make real impact, grow at lightning speed, and have fun while doing it - this is your spot.
• We’re based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon), so someone from here is preferred. But if you’re from another state and ready to commit, we’re all for it. Just a heads-up, travel and accommodation aren’t covered separately (outside of your pay, of course)
• This is an onsite role, 5 days a week, because let’s be real, the real work and energy only come alive when we’re in person. Saturdays and Sundays are off, so you can unwind your way.
