Job Description:

Avo Automation is seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Designer to join our Education team. As a Visual Designer, you will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design compelling learning artifacts. These artifacts encompass a wide range of materials, including technical documents, workbooks, virtual instructor-led training (vILT) presentations, e-Learnings, UI designs for Education & Community webpages as well as editing and creating learning & explainer videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a solid understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices to create visually stunning and effective learning materials.

Collaborate with Instructional designers & Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment with project objectives and learning goals.

Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.

Ability to design editable templates and corporate presentations in Microsoft word & Microsoft PowerPoint.

Actively participate in the development of e-Learning content using Articulate Storyline, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge in this area.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.

4-7 years of relevant experience in visual design, preferably in the field of learning and development.

Portfolio demonstrating your design and motion design skills (Mandatory).

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and intermediate knowledge of video editing.

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, content design automation) will be considered a strong plus.

Passion for learning and a strong interest in e-Learning development with Articulate Storyline.

Experience with SCORM standards and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on project ownership and delivery.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
