Visual Designer (AI-Enabled)

• Develop static, motion, and interactive visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and product showcases.
• Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) to accelerate content generation and enhance visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Strategy teams to translate campaign ideas into high-impact visuals.
• Design templates, pitch decks, and creative frameworks to improve design speed and consistency across teams.
• Maintain and evolve Ebani’s and Digitopia’s visual identity, ensuring brand coherence across all touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with AI design trends, tools, and generative technologies to continuously improve creative efficiency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and internal showcases to contribute to the design culture.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with AI-based tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, D-ID, Leonardo AI).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and color composition.
• Motion graphics and short-form video editing experience is a plus.
• Creative curiosity — someone who experiments, learns fast, and enjoys pushing the boundaries of design technology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating with strategists, developers, and marketers.
