• Written and verbal communication Educational Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Animation and Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field. Experience: Proven experience (6 to 10 years) working as an Animator/Motion Graphics artist, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation projects.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions
• Independently handle Request
• Communicate effectively
• Innovate actively
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure2 Relationships:
• Report to Media Lead
• Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development Technical skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (advanced level), Premier, Animate, Adobe Audition and other relevant design software.
• Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI.
• Knowledge of 3Ds Max, DaVinci will be a plus. Creativity and Design skills:
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
• Attention to details is a must.
• Should have strong storyboarding skills.
• Advanced sound engineering skills will be a plus.
