Visionaries Consultant

This role focuses on driving daily PAL growth while training ECPs (Visionaries) to enhance product knowledge, troubleshoot lens adaptations, and improve sales of premium products. Your key responsibilities will include managing sales operations by ensuring compliance in customer data collection, tour planning, and territory coverage. You will also be responsible for maintaining merchandising standards and tracking competitors to develop counter-strategies. In addition, the role will involve brand management, driving growth through market analysis, building strong customer relationships, implementing sales promotions, and addressing product complaints to ensure smooth execution and sales performance.
