🔹 Role Overview

You will work across VisionPLUS batch and online systems, develop and maintain COBOL/CICS programs, troubleshoot production incidents, and contribute to solution design, performance improvements, and engineering best practices.

🔹 Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of core development experience in the

  VisionPLUS product

• Strong hands-on in

  CMS, FAS, TRAMS

  , and credit card processing flows
• Expertise in

  COBOL, JCL, CICS, File Manager

  on z/OS
• Experience with

  ChangeMan / Endevor

  , batch scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of

  VisionPLUS online architecture

  and debugging
• Good exposure to

  DevOps & Agile

  practices
• Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
