Job Description

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.  3–5 years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or operations improvement.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.  Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Bizagi) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).  Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.  Experience with digital transformation tools such as RPA, ERP, or PLM systems.  Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace domains.  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management frameworks.
