Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Visa Services Coordinator. The Visa Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing visa service processes, coordinating with clients and consulates, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries related to visa services.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Should be able to understand customer requirement and advise him/her accordingly.

·       Coordinate and manage visa documentation requirements.

·       Schedule and secure appointments on time.

·       Handle submission and collection of documents and passports.

·       Maintain and manage visa files operated by various branches.

·       Ensure 100% accuracy while applying cases to minimize the risk of refusals.

·       Cascade timelines to team members in an organized and timely manner.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with visa counterparts (Vendors, VFS, Consulates,

Embassies).

·       Liaise with Embassies/Consulates to arrange meetings for corporate clients.

·       Communicate with Embassies/Consulates on a case-to-case basis to expedite visa processing when     required.

·       Clear imprest accounts promptly in coordination with the accounts team.

·       Provide regular updates on learnings and best practices from various groups.

·       Attend destination roadshows along with the operations team.

·       Support and guide team members across different teams as needed.
