Visa Processing Executive (Schengen, US, UK)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Processing Executive to manage and coordinate visa application processes for Schengen countries and support visa handling for the US and UK. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international visa procedures, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience in handling complex visa requirements for individual and group travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end visa application processes for Schengen countries, including document verification, appointment booking, and form filling.
  • Handle US and UK visa applications, including DS-160 forms, biometric appointments, and client interviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa policies and embassy/consulate regulations.
  • Review and validate documentation required for visa submission, ensuring compliance with embassy standards.
  • Communicate with clients regarding visa requirements, timelines, and updates.
  • Coordinate with travel agents, corporates, and clients to ensure timely submission and follow-ups.
  • Track visa applications and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving visa rejections or delays by liaising with embassies or consulates when necessary.
  • Maintain proper records and confidentiality of all client documents and communications.
  • Provide support for group visa applications and assist during peak travel seasons.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in international visa processing, with a strong focus on Schengen, US, and UK visas.
  • Knowledge of embassy/consulate procedures and document requirements for key Schengen countries.
  • Familiarity with visa appointment systems (e.g., VFS, TLScontact, CGI Federal).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive visa applications under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a travel agency, immigration consultancy, or corporate travel desk.
  • Multilingual abilities (especially in European languages) will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with travel insurance, itinerary documentation, and notarization processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
