We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Visa Processing Executive to manage and coordinate the visa and immigration processes for healthcare professionals being recruited internationally. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with visa regulations and assist candidates through the documentation and processing phases, contributing to a smooth and timely onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end visa processing for international healthcare candidates (e.g., nurses, doctors, allied health professionals).
* Review and verify candidates’ documentation including passports, qualifications, medical reports, and employment contracts.
* Ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations in target countries.
* Provide regular updates to internal recruitment teams and clients about visa progress and potential delays.
* Assist candidates with appointment scheduling, translations, attestations, and other pre-deployment requirements.
* Keep up to date with changes in immigration policies and update internal procedures accordingly.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably in a recruitment or healthcare-related agency.
* Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and database systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
