Job Summary: The Manager - Student Services is responsible for successfully overseeing and ensuring the admission and visa application and processing procedures. The person will provide a seamless student experience through subject matter expertise and execute the end-to-end admission & visa process for one or two countries. This role ensures compliance with Embassies & immigration regulations, provides guidance and support to students throughout their visa application journey, and maintains effective communication with Universities, embassies & immigration authorities  Key Responsibilities: Admission & Visa Application Management: Oversee the student visa application process from initial consultation to visa issuance. Ensure all admission & visa applications are accurate, complete, and submitted promptly. Monitor and track the status of visa applications and provide regular updates to students. Compliance and Regulation: Stay current with immigration laws and regulations relevant to student visas. Ensure compliance with all legal and university requirements. Implement and maintain procedures to ensure adherence to immigration policies. Student Support and Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to students regarding admission & visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation. Conduct workshops or individual counseling sessions to educate students on visa-related matters. Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may have during the visa process . Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student admission & visa applications, approvals, and denials. Prepare and submit reports on visa application statistics and trends. Develop and update informational materials related to student visas. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with immigration authorities, government agencies, and legal advisors as needed. Work closely with other departments (e.g., admissions, international office) to ensure a seamless process for students. Foster strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of visa advisors and administrative staff. Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members. Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
