Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Officer based in Ahmedabad. The Visa Officer will be responsible for managing visa applications, providing advice on immigration issues, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating visa applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate records. The Visa Officer will also handle customer service inquiries and provide clear communication to clients regarding their visa status and requirements.

• Experience and knowledge in handling visa applications and immigration issues
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
