Job Summary:


The Manager - Student Services is responsible for successfully overseeing and ensuring the admission and visa application and processing procedures. The person will provide a seamless student experience through subject matter expertise and execute the end-to-end admission & visa process for one or two countries. This role ensures compliance with Embassies & immigration regulations, provides guidance and support to students throughout their visa application journey, and maintains effective communication with Universities, embassies & immigration authorities 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Admission & Visa Application Management:

  • Oversee the student visa application process from initial consultation to visa issuance.
  • Ensure all admission & visa applications are accurate, complete, and submitted promptly.
  • Monitor and track the status of visa applications and provide regular updates to students.
  1. Compliance and Regulation:

  • Stay current with immigration laws and regulations relevant to student visas.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and university requirements.
  • Implement and maintain procedures to ensure adherence to immigration policies.
  1. Student Support and Guidance:

  • Provide expert advice and support to students regarding admission & visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct workshops or individual counseling sessions to educate students on visa-related matters.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may have during the visa process

  1. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of student admission & visa applications, approvals, and denials.
  • Prepare and submit reports on visa application statistics and trends.
  • Develop and update informational materials related to student visas.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with immigration authorities, government agencies, and legal advisors as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., admissions, international office) to ensure a seamless process for students.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  1. Team Management:

  • Supervise and support a team of visa advisors and administrative staff.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
