Job Description: As a Visa Processing Officer, your role involves handling various responsibilities to ensure smooth visa processing for clients. Your key responsibilities include: - Receiving, reviewing, and verifying visa applications. - Ensuring all necessary documents are included and completed accurately. - Verifying the authenticity and validity of supporting documents. - Maintaining accurate records of visa applications. - Entering applicant information into the visa processing system. You will also be responsible for providing client support and counseling by: - Offering guidance and support on visa application procedures. - Assisting clients in completing forms and compiling necessary documents. - Addressing client queries and concerns related to visa applications. In addition, you will need to stay updated with current immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and adherence to legal requirements. Maintaining confidentiality of client information is crucial in this role. Other potential duties may include involvement in immigration administration, customer service, office administration, transaction processing, documentation handling, education counseling, and import documentation.
