Visa Filing Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Visa Processing: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements for all countries and handle visa processing efficiently.
• Client Consultation: Provide expert consultation to clients on visa documentation and processing requirements.
• Embassy & Consulate Coordination: Collaborate with Embassies, Consulates, and Visa Processing Centers for timely visa approvals.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and verify all necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Application Management: Process visa applications online and submit them in a timely and error-free manner.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to support visa processing needs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 members, guiding them in all aspects of visa processing.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports of all visa processing activities and monitor progress against targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in visa processing, with expertise in business corporate visas for all countries.
• Team Handling: Experience managing a team of at least 2-3 members.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and authorities.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in online visa application processes and documentation requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
