We are a leading visa consultancy firm specializing in study visa applications and admissions. We are urgently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the visa filing and admission processes.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of file lodgment procedures and requirements.
• Assist clients in organizing and preparing documents in compliance with visa application standards.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all visa and immigration-related documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain continuous liaison with clients to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements

• Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with proficiency in the local language.
• Strong knowledge of immigration and visa processing, particularly for Australia.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to visa and immigration processes.
• visa filing is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
