Visa Filing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa filing processes for countries such as Canada, UK, USA, Australia.
• Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per embassy and consulate requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of visa application forms and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients regarding document requirements, timelines, and application status.
• Submit visa applications online/offline and schedule biometric and embassy appointments.
• Track visa application status and keep clients updated regularly.
• Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, refusals, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, visa guidelines, and embassy procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments (counsellors, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth processing.
• Handle rejection cases and prepare re-filing documentation, if required.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Filing Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and filing procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple cases.
• Proficient in MS Office and online visa portals.
• Honest, organized, and process-oriented.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience with study visa, tourist visa,
• Ability to handle pressure and high-volume applications
• Local candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
