Key Responsibilities:
✔ Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
✔ Explain astrology services, consultation benefits, and charges clearly.✔ Fix appointments and schedule paid sessions with astrologers.✔ Maintain daily calling records and follow-up with interested clients.✔ Update CRM/Excel with call details and status.✔ Coordinate with astrologers and update schedules.✔ Ensure high conversion of leads into paid consultations.✔ Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication & convincing skills.
✔ Ability to explain services in simple language.✔ Comfortable in Hindi, English, Punjabi (preferred).✔ Basic computer knowledge.✔ Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.✔ Prior experience in Telecalling/Customer Service will be an advantage.
