Visa Executive – Tours & Travel Industry Position Title: Visa Executive Department: Operations / Visa & Documentation Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Visa Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end visa processing for clients traveling to various international destinations. This role involves coordinating with consulates, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely visa submissions, documentation accuracy, and adherence to visa guidelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Visa Processing Manage complete visa application procedures for tourist, business, and transit visas. Verify and compile client documents as per embassy/consulate requiremen 2. Client Coordination Guide clients on visa documentation requirements, fees, timelines, and embassy rules. Communicate regularly with clients for missing documents, updates, and approvals. Provide professional assistance and address client inquiries related to visas. 3. Consulate/Embassy Liaison Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers for submissions and collections. Stay updated on changing visa rules and regulations for all countries. 4. Documentation & Data Management Maintain visa records, checklists, and documentation files systematically. Ensure timely updates in the internal system and generate reports as needed. Handle confidential documents with high accuracy and integrity. 5. Support Activities Assist in travel insurance, flight booking guidance, and other travel-related formalities when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
