Visa Executive

The Visa Executive will be responsible for assisting students with visa requirements, preparing and reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with embassy guidelines, and providing end-to-end support until visa approval. The ideal candidate must be process-driven, student-focused, and capable of handling time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through the complete Germany visa application process.
• Review and verify all documents required for visa filing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist students in preparing financial documents, sponsorship proofs, blocked accounts, APS, and other mandatory requirements.
• Schedule visa appointments and maintain continuous follow-up with students regarding document submission and updates.
• Stay updated on the latest embassy rules, visa categories, and documentation changes.
• Maintain proper records, checklists, and trackers for all assigned student profiles.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Counseling, Admissions, Student Success) for seamless process flow.
• Provide timely updates to students and address their queries with clarity and patience.
• Support students during the pre-visa and post-visa phases when needed.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of German visa guidelines (APS, VFS, Embassy requirements).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills.

Experience. :

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa processing

Working Days- 6
