Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counselor located in Ludhiana. The Visa Counselor will assist clients throughout the visa application process by evaluating eligibility, providing accurate information about required documentation, and advising them about application procedures. The role involves assessing client needs, preparing necessary documents, keeping clients updated about changes in immigration laws, and maintaining an organized record of applications. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with clients and relevant authorities to address queries and follow up on application statuses. Local candidates preffered. Salary ranges from 15K-25K + Handsome monthly incentives. Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide professional guidance to clients
• Proficiency in maintaining organized documentation and efficient record-keeping
• Sound knowledge of visa and immigration processes, policies, and documentation requirements
• Strong counseling and advisory skills to assess client preferences and concerns effectively
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software and computer applications
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; prior experience in the immigration or consultancy domain is considered an asset
