Job Summary: We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Support Executives to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service through both inbound and outbound calls. If you have strong communication skills, are comfortable with basic computer tasks, and enjoy helping people, we encourage you to apply! What You'll Do: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and accurately. Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly in our system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: Fluency in spoken English is a must. Basic computer skills (e.g., navigating software, data entry, using email). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
