Job Description

As a Visa Counsellor at Visa Roots, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the entire visa process, ensuring they receive accurate advice and a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one counselling to clients, assisting with application processes, staying updated on immigration rules, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. You will communicate with clients via various channels, review documents for compliance, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in visa counselling or related roles, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
