Visa Counsellor

Counseling and Information: Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on various visa options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. Document Management: Assisting clients in gathering, organizing, and preparing all necessary documents for their visa applications. Application Assistance: Helping clients complete visa application forms accurately and efficiently. Submission and Follow-up: Ensuring timely and accurate submission of visa applications and tracking their progress. Compliance: Making sure clients adhere to all visa regulations and requirements. Staying Updated: Maintaining a thorough understanding of current immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Client Communication: Effectively communicating with clients, immigration authorities, and other relevant parties throughout the process.  Additional Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing: In some roles, visa counselors may also be involved in promoting services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.  Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions and application progress.  Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties related to visa applications, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.  Representing Universities/Institutions: In some cases, visa counselors may represent educational institutions and assist students with their study abroad applications.  Training and Mentoring: Training and mentoring junior staff members, as well as attending relevant workshops and training sessions.
