Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ background, goals, and immigration needs. Advise clients on suitable visa categories, immigration pathways, and documentation requirements. Evaluate eligibility for various visa programs (e.g., student, skilled worker, family sponsorship, permanent residency). Prepare, review, and submit accurate application forms and supporting documents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policy changes, and country-specific regulations. Communicate with embassies, consulates, and government departments regarding application status and requirements. Assist clients in interview preparation, medicals, and other procedural steps. Maintain detailed client records and ensure data confidentiality. Provide excellent client service through timely follow-up, status updates, and problem resolution.
