Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor to join our team. The role involves providing end-to-end guidance to clients for Study Visas, Tourist/Visitor Visas, Spouse Open Work Permits, and other visa categories for destinations including Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expert visa consultation and personalized counselling to clients.
2. Stay updated and maintain thorough knowledge of documentation and requirements for different visa categories.
3. Assess client eligibility and guide them through the complete visa application process while ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
4. Support clients with accurate information and assist in preparing strong visa applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in visa counselling/immigration services.
2. Strong expertise in handling Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand visas – particularly Student Visas, Tourist Visas, Spouse Open Work Permits, and Concurrent Visas.
3. Prior experience in a sales management role, with the ability to lead and manage a team of 2–3 employees.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
