Job Description

PR (Permanent Residency) Visa Counselor guides and assists individuals seeking immigration to countries such as Canada. They provide expert counseling on eligibility, documentation, and procedures, ensuring a smooth visa application journey. Key Responsibilities Counsel clients regarding PR visa programs, requirements, and eligibility criteria. Conduct profile assessments to match clients with the most suitable immigration pathways. Guide clients through documentation, application forms, and legal formalities. Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and program updates. Handle client queries through meetings, calls, and emails. Build trust and maintain relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate with the case processing team to ensure timely submissions. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets. Required Skills Strong knowledge of immigration & PR visa processes (Canada). Excellent communication and counseling skills. Ability to analyze profiles and provide suitable immigration solutions. Sales & target-driven mindset. Good organizational and documentation skills. Multilingual ability (English + local/regional language preferred)
