Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, and online booking inquiries professionally and promptly Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications Provide accurate information about services, pricing, availability, and promotions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all offerings and operational procedures Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Coordinate with internal departments to confirm bookings and resolve issues Maintain accurate records of all reservations and communications Requirements: Freshers are welcome; Experience in customer service, hospitality, or reservations is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
