Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Filing Officer with 3+ years of work experience in Visa Filing, located in Chandigarh. The Visa Filing Officer will be responsible for handling visa applications, addressing immigration issues, providing customer service, and effectively communicating with clients and authorities. Requirements: 1. The candidate should be from the immigration field. 2. Rigorous follow-up with the students/clients for document collection. 3. Follow up with super agents for updates/documents` requirements. 4. Explain the process to the client if they have any doubts once the sales team retains them. 5. Must be very good with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. 6. Must be good with internet surfing.
