Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Pune. The Visa Consultant will assist with processing visa applications, providing guidance on immigration issues, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations. The responsibilities include consulting clients, handling visa documentation, and resolving immigration-related queries. The role also requires maintaining effective communication with clients and ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visa processing and thorough knowledge of Immigration regulations
• Strong skills in Consulting and providing guidance on immigration-related matters
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
• Ability to manage and resolve Immigration Issues efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in documentation and administrative tasks
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
