Visa Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of international visas, and the ability to guide clients throughout their visa process.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients about visa processes, eligibility, and requirements
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories
• Verify documents and provide checklists
• Prepare visa files and assist with application submission
• Handle daily inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and emails)
• Maintain client records and follow-ups using CRM
• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients
• Meet monthly targets and maintain high client satisfaction
• Required Skills
• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration procedures
• Ability to explain processes clearly to clients
• Good documentation and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email drafting, CRM)
• Experience in sales or counselling is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
