Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VISA AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT located in Pune. The consultant will be responsible for dealing with immigration issues, visa applications, legal aspects, and providing global immigration consulting services.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise in Immigration Law
• Manage visa applications and documentation for corporate clients traveling internationally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements.
• Liaise with embassy and consular services to ensure timely processing of visa applications.
• Handle client queries related to visa processing, documentation, and travel requirements with a focus on corporate needs.
• Assist clients in managing their corporate travel plans by booking air travel, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.
• Monitor and ensure all travel documents (visa, passport, and other requirements) are in place for clients, minimizing any risks or delays.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on visa-related requirements, regulations, and other travel policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations and finance) to ensure the smooth delivery of services and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all visa-related processes align with company policies and customer expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and industry best practices to continually improve customer experience and compliance.
• Assist in resolving issues related to travel disruptions and visa rejections, working closely with clients and the relevant authorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or related field
