Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a VISA AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT located in Pune. The consultant will be responsible for dealing with immigration issues, visa applications, legal aspects, and providing global immigration consulting services. Qualifications Legal expertise in Immigration Law Manage visa applications and documentation for corporate clients traveling internationally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements. Liaise with embassy and consular services to ensure timely processing of visa applications. Handle client queries related to visa processing, documentation, and travel requirements with a focus on corporate needs. Assist clients in managing their corporate travel plans by booking air travel, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services. Monitor and ensure all travel documents (visa, passport, and other requirements) are in place for clients, minimizing any risks or delays. Provide guidance and support to clients on visa-related requirements, regulations, and other travel policies. Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations and finance) to ensure the smooth delivery of services and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all visa-related processes align with company policies and customer expectations. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and industry best practices to continually improve customer experience and compliance. Assist in resolving issues related to travel disruptions and visa rejections, working closely with clients and the relevant authorities.
