Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend calls and respond to emails from retail brokers and internal sales employees regarding life GTL product, queries, and status updates.
• Act as an interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for all partner requests.
• Conduct outbound calls as required for partner engagement.
• Carry out outbound calls and digital outreach to recruit new retail broker partners.
• Ensure timely activation of recruited partners to drive business.
• Drive life insurance business through retail brokers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in driving business when required.
• Assist in sales operations for Group Term Life business and ensure timely closures.
• Handle ad-hoc requests related to partner engagement, business operations, and sales support.
