Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team size of 12 Virtual Relationship Managers managing prime portfolios
Managing team to ensure that the portfolio objectives like cross-sell, income, quality parameters and customer service interactions etc. are met and the Prime customers are serviced properly.
Adherence on process with meeting the Audit & Compliance parameters
Managing the team to ensure proper engagement with customers with focus to increase the digital penetration and all product penetration to achieve the objective of income/revenue generation
Responsible for training ,motivation and also attrition control for the team managed
Sales experience in NBFC/ Banking is added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification-Graduation

Team management skills • Customers Service Skills • Good communication skills • Sales skills • Banking Product & Process Knowledge
