Role & Responsibilities

As a Virtual Relationship Banking Officer, you will:

Build and manage customer relationships through
virtual channels (phone, email, video, chat)
.
Be the single point of contact for a portfolio of customers for all their banking requirements.
Generate business through
cross-sell and up-sell
of banking products CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Investments, etc.
Drive
customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
through effective service delivery.
Ensure compliance with
banking guidelines, KYC, and regulatory policies
.
Meet revenue and business targets assigned for the portfolio.

Key Skills Required

Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
(English, Hindi/regional languages).
Customer-focused with a
sales orientation
.
Ability to understand financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Basic knowledge of
banking products and services
is preferred.
Comfortable working in a
digital / virtual environment
