Virtual Reality Specialist Admin

You will be joining our XR/VR Developments team at Vapi as a VR Demonstration and Administration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing cutting-edge VR modules to doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals globally. Your tasks will involve conducting engaging demonstrations at various events, articulating the value of VR simulations in medical training, collaborating with the marketing team for campaign strategies, and gathering feedback to enhance VR modules. Additionally, you will be managing VR-related assets, overseeing procurement processes, tracking project timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for project execution. Your role will also involve liaising with cross-functional teams, representing the company at industry events, and showcasing innovation in medical VR solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging demonstrations of VR modules at conferences, workshops, and events. - Articulate the value of VR simulations in enhancing medical training and procedural understanding. - Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns for VR projects. - Gather feedback from demonstrations to refine VR modules and identify new opportunities. - Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. - Maintain an inventory of VR-related assets, including headsets, accessories, and licenses. - Oversee procurement of equipment/software, ensuring timely approvals and delivery. - Track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and flagging delays or challenges. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless VR project execution. - Prepare reports on project progress, including resource allocation and budgets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields. - 2+ years of experience in VR/AR, healthcare, or technology sectors. - Fluent English with exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in VR/AR technology and applications. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of procurement processes and asset management. - Willingness to travel frequently.
