Job Title: Virtual Front Desk Representative for Rentels

Location: Majura Gate, Surat, Gujarat

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Work Location: Office-based in Surat, Gujarat

Fluent English Proficiency Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Excellence: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Customer Support: Quickly respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our rental staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Problem Solving: Maintain a calm, empathetic demeanor while addressing guests' needs and providing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest service
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and virtual communication platforms

Shift Timings:

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM
• Night Shifts: 07:30 PM – 05:30 AM
• 6 Days a Week with a weekly off scheduled on weekdays
