Job Title: Production Planning Executive – Embroidery Department
Location: Sachin, Surat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Depending on experience)
Experience: 1–3 years in production planning (preferably in embroidery/garment industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented & proactive Production Planner to oversee embroidery production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, meet deadlines, and optimize the use of machines & materials.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop & maintain detailed production schedules for embroidery orders, considering machine capacity, material availability & delivery timelines.
• Analyze work orders to determine the most efficient production sequences.
• Coordinate with merchandising to align schedules with customer requirements.
• Create & manage Time and Action (T&A) calendars to track progress.
• Monitor production, identify bottlenecks & adjust schedules as needed.

2️ Resource & Material Management

• Allocate raw materials (yarns, fabrics, embellishments) as per production needs.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely material deliveries.
• Assign embroidery machines & operators for optimal utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels & manage replenishment of raw materials & finished goods.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Textile Technology, Production Management, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in production planning (embroidery/garment industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of production processes & resource allocation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & production planning tools.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• Attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
