As a Virtual Business Development Manager (VBDM) - Lead, your role will involve identifying and targeting new business opportunities through virtual platforms. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and prospects remotely. Your primary focus will be on driving client acquisition and growing assets under management (AUM). Managing a virtual pipeline, following up, and closing leads effectively will be essential tasks. Additionally, you will need to conduct virtual market research and competitor analysis to identify trends. Presenting and promoting mutual fund products via virtual meetings and webinars will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive strategies will be crucial. Tracking and reporting on sales metrics, client interactions, and lead conversions will help in evaluating performance. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities through virtual platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and prospects remotely. - Drive client acquisition and grow assets under management (AUM). - Manage a virtual pipeline, follow up, and close leads effectively. - Conduct virtual market research and competitor analysis to identify trends. - Present and promote mutual fund products via virtual meetings and webinars. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive strategies. - Track and report on sales metrics, client interactions, and lead conversions. Qualification Required: - 4+ years in virtual business development (VBD or VRM) or sales, ideally in financial services. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills in virtual settings. - Knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment strategies. - Experience with virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, CRM platforms). - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely. - 2+ years of Team Handling experience. - Candidates from B2B sales background would be preferred.,
