Job Description: * Establish and lead the Marketing Analytics team, deliver actionable & valuable conclusions and insights that contribute to the bigger picture/business goals * Understand, track customer journeys and behaviors * Initiate, design and own marketing reports & dashboards * Design & build multi-channel attribution models and ROI frameworks to measure the contribution of marketing to business revenue * Improve user segmentation to increase effectiveness of online marketing campaigns * Plan and optimize the companys budget allocation and impact the overall growth plans * Collaborate with different departments: Operations, Compliance, Engineering, Growth, Investor Service * Search constantly for new technologies, tools, methods to leverage the analytics, marketing performance and capabilities Job Requirement * 4+ years of marketing analytics experience * Minimum of 1.5 years of managerial experience * Proven track record leading data-driven marketing projects and analyses * Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling and analytical skills * Experience in analyzing B2B & B2C marketing strategies, channels and lifecycle identifying areas of opportunity and optimization * Strong understanding of marketing attribution and multi-touch funnels * Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets * Excellent knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Google Big Query, Tableau etc.) * Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot, v-lookup, charts) * Experience working with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, * Google Tag Manager * Great communication and presentation skills * Fluent English (verbal & written)
