Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Versetti Family Office. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating meetings. Other duties include conducting research, managing databases, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in using office software, including MS Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to conduct research and manage databases efficiently
• Experience in handling administrative tasks and coordinating meetings
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
