Virtual Assistant

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll manage daily admin tasks, help keep projects on track, and ensure internal communications run smoothly — all from the comfort of your home.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate reminders

• Organize digital files, folders, and team documents

• Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence

• Prepare reports, summaries, or internal notes

• Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets or CRM systems

• Support team with ad hoc administrative tasks

based in Austria

• 1+ year of experience in administration, assistance, or support roles

• Strong written communication in English (German is a plus)

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, or Notion

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable, discreet, and task-focused
