About The Role:

This is not a technical role, and you won’t be expected to have marketing experience. Instead, we’re looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and dependable. Someone who loves to maintain a structure, coordination, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Track tasks and follow-ups across the team.
• Maintain and organize internal documents and files.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding team members.
• Take meeting notes and summarize action points.
• Communicate with clients and vendors when needed.
• Help manage calendars, reminders, and recurring to-dos.
• Support the management with any ad hoc administrative or operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Prior experience in a virtual assistant, operations, or team coordinator role.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and great at follow-through.
• Basic understanding of HR or team management processes is a plus.
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
